Daily Homework
Meditate in your space every day. Experiment with times of the day that might be best for you, but come to this place at least daily. Daily sitting is more important than the length of sitting, especially in the beginning when we are establishing a new habit of being. Take five to 20 minutes for this "formal" sitting practice.
