Learn to carry increased clarity and skill into personal, professional, and therapeutic interactions through Interpersonal Meditation, incorporating the skills of Insight Dialogue with Insight and Mindfulness Meditation.

Begin intentional development of these skills in the three session introductory courses; our interpersonal mindfulness retreats, each offered a several times a year; Or attend any retreat offered by Gregory Kramer or other Insight Dialogue Teacher.

Individual objectives of some of these courses can be met in private sessions, online after the session, or in retreat and workshop settings.


At the conclusion of this session, participants will:
  • Name and experientially recognize three essential steps in bringing openness and acceptance into relationship - relationship with others and with one's mind.
  • Choose to incorporate explicit practices of interpersonal practice during the day.
  • Become aware of the possibilities of development in interpersonal contact through the upcoming sessions in interpersonal practice/insight dialogue.
  • Recognize potentialities in work with interpersonal practice for enrichment of relationships for ones self, for clients, and the culture.
  • Begin to model and recognize interpersonal practice elements in relationship with clients.
  • Foster component qualities of interpersonal mindfulness that will enrich the therapeutic relationship
  • Choose increased daily formal practice
